Once you have created your speakers and sponsors, you can easily assign them to specific events. This allows each event page to highlight the people and organizations involved.
Assign Speakers to an Event
- From your WordPress dashboard, go to Events.
- Edit the event in which you want to display speakers and sponsors.

- Scroll down to the page and you’ll find the Speakers section.
- From the speaker list, choose the one that you want to add.
- Click on Add Another Speaker to assign multiple sponsors to a single event.
- You can manage assigned speakers easily:
- Edit Speaker – Update details of a selected speaker.
- Delete – Remove a speaker from the event.
Assign Sponsors to an Event
- In the same event edit screen, scroll down to the Sponsors section.

- From the sponsor list, choose the one that you want to add.
- Click on Add Another Sponsor to assign multiple sponsors to a single event.
- Manage sponsors just like speakers:
- Edit Sponsor – Update sponsor details.
- Delete – Remove a sponsor from the event.
- Once you’ve added your speakers and sponsors, click Update or Publish.
