How to Display Speakers & Sponsors in Elementor List & Grid Layouts?

The Events Speakers and Sponsors Plugin is fully compatible with Events Widgets Pro, allowing you to add speaker and sponsor widgets inside your events loop item.

Follow the steps below to add speaker and sponsor widgets in List, Grid layouts inside Elementor:

Edit Event Loop Items

• Before customizing your list or grid, ensure that you have:
  • Created your speakers and sponsors.
  • Assigned them to the relevant events.
• Next, go to Events Addons > Events Loop Item.

• Edit the loop item with Elementor.
• In Elementor, navigate to the Events Loop Widgets tab.

• Drag and drop the Speaker Widget into your loop item template.

Customize Event Speakers

• Now customize the display of your events speakers.
  • Select Element:
    • Show Only Name – Displays only the speaker’s name.
    • Show Only Image – Displays only the speaker’s photo.
    • Show Name + Image – Displays both name and image of your speaker.
• Enable Link: Enable a link for each speaker that directs users to a detailed page of the speaker.
• Color: Change the text color according to your theme.
• Typography: Adjust font size, weight, style, and line height for speaker names.
• Alignment: Choose whether to align the elements left, center, or right
• Show Multiple Speakers: Enable this option to display more than one speaker for the event.
• Columns: Select the number of columns when displaying multiple speakers to organize them in a grid layout.
• Gap: Adjust spacing between multiple speakers.
• Fallback Option: Set fallback content in case speaker information is missing (e.g., display a default message when no speaker is assigned).

The Sponsor Widget works the same way as the Speaker Widget, allowing you to display sponsor details.

• Drag and drop the Sponsor Widget into your loop item template.

Customize Event Sponsors

• Now customize the display of your events sponsors.
  • Select Element:
    • Show Only Name – Displays only the sponsor’s name.
    • Show Only Image – Displays only the sponsor’s photo.
    • Show Name + Image – Displays both name and image of your sponsor.
• Enable Link: Enable a link for each sponsor that directs users to a detailed page of the sponsor.

After customizing the widget settings, save your loop item template. Your event list and grid widgets will now display detailed speaker and sponsor information directly within the event preview.
