The Speaker & Sponsor Settings page allows you to customize how speakers and sponsors are displayed in your events.
Follow the steps below to adjust the labels, singular/plural names, and more for your event’s speakers and sponsors:
Speaker Settings
- Enter the singular name you want to use. Not only Speaker, you can assign other names also like Trainer, Guest, Mentor, Instructor, Presenter, Panelist, etc.
- Display speaker role as (Plural): Enter the plural version of the name.
- Display Speaker on Default Event Single Page: Enable this option to show the speaker section automatically on the default single event page of The Events Calendar.
Sponsor Settings
- Display sponsor role as (Singular): Enter the singular name you want to use. Not only Sponsor, you can assign different names like Partner, Exhibitor, Donor, Supporter, etc.
- Display sponsor role as (Plural): Enter the plural version of the name.
- Display Sponsor on Default Event Single Page: Enable this option to show the sponsor section automatically on the default single event page of The Events Calendar (TEC).
Once you have customized the singular/plural names and enabled the required options, click the Save Changes button to apply your settings.
