With the Events Shortcodes addon, you can easily display events based on specific time filters. This helps you highlight upcoming events happening today, tomorrow, this week, within a custom date range, and more.
Display Today, Tomorrow Events
If you want to show only the events happening today or tomorrow, you can do it by following steps:
- Add the Events Shortcode block to your page or post.
- In the block sidebar, go to Layout → Filter Bar Settings.

- Set Show Filterbar to Yes and choose Filterbar Style.
- Next, from the select filters, choose Today or Tomorrow.
- Click Update or Save Changes.
Display Events b/w 2 Dates
If you want to display events within a specific date range, you can use the start_date
and end_date
parameters. Dates must be in YYYY-MM-DD format.
- Add the Events Shortcode block to your page or post.
- In the block sidebar, go to Layout → Filter Bar Settings.
- Set Show Filterbar to Yes and choose Filterbar Style.
- Next, from the select filters, choose Date Range.
- Click Update or Save Changes.
