- Organizer and Venue combo:

Step-by-Step Guide to Adding Event Block Patterns:
Before getting started, ensure the following plugins are installed and activated on your WordPress website.
- The Events Calendar
- Events Tickets (to use Advanced Ticket Block)
- Event Block Patterns extension
Note: You need WordPress 5.5 or later versions that support the Block Editor.
Once the Event Block Patterns extension is installed and activated, you’ll find a new Events category in the Patterns tab of the WordPress Block Editor. Here, you’ll find five ready-to-use event block patterns that you can insert with a single click.
Follow the steps below to add each event block pattern to your website.
Organizer & Venue Combo
The Organizer & Venue Combo block pattern lets you display the event organizer and venue information in a side-by-side layout.
Add Organizer & Venue Combo
- From the WordPress Block Editor, click the + icon and open the Patterns tab.
- Expand the Events category and select Organizer & Venue Combo. The pattern will be added to your page instantly.

Before adding this pattern, create at least one ticket for your event using the Event Tickets plugin. Without a ticket, the ticket form can not be displayed.
Add the Advanced Ticket Block
- Open the Patterns tab and select Advanced Ticket Block from the Events category.
- The extension automatically inserts a two-column layout.
- The left column contains a countdown shortcode.
- Replace the default Event ID in the shortcode with the ID of the event you want to display.
(Note: To add the countdown widget, make sure The Events Calendar Pro is installed and activated.)
- The right column automatically displays the ticket form associated with that event. If no ticket has been created, this section will remain empty.
- You can further customize the entire section using the available block settings to match your website design.

Add YouTube with Events
- From the Patterns tab, open the Events category and select YouTube with Events.
- The pattern automatically inserts a YouTube block followed by three event shortcodes.
- Paste your YouTube video URL into the video block.
- Next, replace the default Event IDs inside each shortcode with the IDs of the events you want to display. The selected events will appear directly below the video.
- You can adjust the spacing, typography, colors, alignment, and other styling options using the block settings.
- Once you are satisfied, click Publish and preview the page.
Sponsors
The Sponsors block pattern helps you create a professional sponsor section by displaying sponsor logos, names, and website links in a responsive layout. You can also increase or decrease the number of sponsors using the Columns block.
Add Sponsors
- Open the Patterns tab and choose Sponsors from the Events category.
- The pattern adds a ready-made sponsor section containing a heading, description, sponsor logos, sponsor names, and links.
- Replace the default heading and description with your own content.
- To change a sponsor logo, simply click the existing image and upload a new one.
- For the sponsor name and website, click the default sponsor link (for example, Sponsor 1) and choose Edit Link. Enter the sponsor’s name in the Text field and their website in the Link field, then save the changes.
